1.Technology Capability: This production line integrates mechanic, electric, optic and pneumatic technology into a consummate system, which is driven by servo motor and step motor with high quality, stable running and high precision, adopting synchronization belt with flexible coupling, with advanced program control such as servo driven by trinity of sensor, coder and motor, totally realizing the technology requirements with multifunction, high efficiency, credible and energy saving for the products of integration of machine and electric.
2. Safety CapabilityAdopt alarm system with photoelectric, fiber-optic detecting, overload protection etc, automatic halt of failure which realizes automatic protection.
3. PerformanceAdopt several motors driving, which improving rigidity, realizing modulization, standardization and systematization, and improving machine’s reliability.
4. OperationThe whole line adopts PLC controlling, operating on touch screen, words and numeric display, easy to operate and convenient to maintain. Change the speed and run mode of each part by changing control program and numeric.

1. DetectingWith monitoring system which includes sensor, camera detecting system etc, which ensure the security and reliability of the whole line under the control of the computer, ensuring product quality and increasing the eligibility rate.
2. Controlling and Information Managing: Centralize detecting information, and memory and count, and manage to realize autocontrol and auto-adjusting.
3. Auto Protect: Collocate sensors and overload protection which make up of monitoring and alarm display system, ensuring safety running.
4. Intelligent: The production line adopts several servo motor driven, and adopts coder to realize high precision synchronization for control system. The transmission system can realize speed adjusting and mode changing by switch of control program or numeric change, without need to change the machine structure and components.
